Role Overview

We are seeking a Client Success Executive – Technical (Facebook Ads) to join our growing team. This role blends client success with hands-on Facebook Ads campaign management. You will be responsible for launching new client systems, managing ad campaigns, providing support, and ensuring clients achieve maximum results from our platform.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct new client system launch calls and guide them through setup.
  • Launch and manage Facebook Ads for clients based on scheduled calls and SOPs.
  • Provide ongoing client support (via calls, scheduled check-ins, and text).
  • Test and optimize campaigns to improve performance and ROI.
  • Follow SOPs to ensure consistency and reliability in client delivery.
  • Act as the first point of contact to resolve client issues quickly and effectively.
  • Report to internal team on client campaign performance and success metrics.
  • Ensure every client achieves maximum recruitment results with our system.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads campaign setup and optimization.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and workflow automation tools (e.g., Pabbly).
  • Strong problem-solving and client-facing communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Hindi (native or fluent) and English (fluent).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ownership mindset – ability to work independently with accountability.
  • Conviction, competitiveness, and a client-first, serving attitude.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred (not mandatory).
