First Show, a leading film marketing agency under Chai Shots Private Limited, is looking for an experienced and

results-driven Ad Campaign Specialist to manage and optimize our digital advertising efforts for film

promotions.

Position Overview:

The Ad Campaign Specialist will be responsible for the end-to-end management of digital advertising

campaigns across various platforms, primarily Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and YouTube, with a core focus on

lead generation and driving audience engagement for our film projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven

track record of successfully executing performance-based campaigns and achieving measurable ROI.

Experience: 1–3 Years in a relevant digital advertising or performance marketing role.

Key Responsibilities


• Develop, implement, and manage highly effective paid advertising campaigns on Meta

(Facebook/Instagram Ads), YouTube Ads, and other relevant platforms.


• Ensure campaigns are aligned with the film's marketing goals, budget, and target audience profile.


• Conduct in-depth audience research and segmentation to identify and target the right audience for

each film.


• Develop and test various audience types, including lookalike audiences, custom audiences, and

interest-based targeting, to maximize lead generation and reach.


• Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance against key metrics (e.g., CPA,

CPL, CTR, Conversion Rate, ROAS).


• Manage daily campaign pacing, bid strategies, and budget allocation to ensure efficiency and

maximum impact.


• Generate regular, detailed reports on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and

recommendations to stakeholders.


• Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform dashboards) to track and attribute campaign

success.


• Collaborate with the creative and content teams to ensure ad copies, visuals, and video assets are

high-performing, platform-optimized, and on-brand.


• Conduct A/B testing on ad creative and messaging to improve effectiveness.

Technical Proficiency:


• Expertise in using Meta Ads Manager (including setting up tracking, pixels, and custom conversions).


• Strong working knowledge of YouTube Ads and Google Ads.


• Familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting tools.
