Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Meta Ads Specialist to join our growing digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Facebook and Instagram advertising, campaign management, optimization strategies, and analytics. You'll be responsible for driving results for multiple clients across different industries by planning, executing, and optimizing paid social campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) across multiple accounts and industries.
  • Conduct detailed audience research and implement effective targeting strategies.
  • Set up campaigns with the right objectives, budgets, and bidding strategies to meet client KPIs.
  • Develop and test ad creatives, copies, and formats to maximize engagement and conversions.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and provide data-driven optimization recommendations.
  • Analyze campaign results and prepare detailed performance reports with insights and action points.
  • Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to improve ad performance and ROI.
  • Stay updated with Meta Ads policies, platform updates, and digital marketing trends.
  • Manage and optimize ad spend within allocated budgets to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to ad delivery, approvals, and performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Proven track record of achieving strong ROI on paid social campaigns.
  • Excellent understanding of Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and Pixel tracking.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret metrics and optimize accordingly.
  • Experience with remarketing, custom audiences, and lookalike audiences.
  • Basic knowledge of Google Analytics or other analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

  • Experience with lead generation and eCommerce campaigns.
  • Knowledge of Google Ads or other paid platforms.
