Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad for a Meta Ads Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms. This includes setting up ad campaigns, conducting performance analyses, and optimizing campaigns to achieve business goals. Additionally, you will collaborate with the marketing team to design ad strategies, research market trends, and implement innovative ideas to improve customer acquisition and engagement.


Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills to convey ideas effectively and interact with team members and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Market Research to understand market trends, audience insights, and competitive analysis.
  • Experience in Sales and Marketing to strategize, execute, and monitor campaigns for business growth.
  • Project Management skills to plan, organize, and oversee advertising projects efficiently.
  • Familiarity with paid ad platforms, particularly Meta Ads, and an understanding of performance metrics.
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills to evaluate campaign success and suggest improvements.
  • Experience in the real estate industry or digital marketing is an added advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
