Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Ad Manager who specializes in running high-performing digital ad campaigns for cosmetic, aesthetic, and healthcare clinics. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with health-related ads, lead generation, and platform compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns for cosmetic & aesthetic clinics

Run and optimize ads on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and YouTube

Generate high-quality leads for treatments such as skin, hair, laser, and body aesthetics

Ensure ads comply with healthcare and medical advertising policies

Optimize campaigns for CPL, ROAS, and conversion rates

Perform A/B testing on creatives, copies, and audiences

Monitor daily performance and scale winning campaigns

Coordinate with creative/content teams for ad creatives

Provide weekly and monthly performance reports

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years experience as an Ad Manager / Performance Marketer

Proven experience running ads for cosmetic, aesthetic, dermatology, or healthcare clinics

Strong understanding of health-related ad compliance

Expertise in audience targeting, retargeting, and funnel building

Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills

Good communication and reporting skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in lead-based local clinic marketing

Knowledge of landing page optimization

Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking
