Role Overview

We're seeking a
Digital Marketing Intern

who will focus on creating and managing
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

, handling social media platforms, and supporting digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)
• Support campaigns on LinkedIn and Google Ads (if required)
• Manage and update company social media pages (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X)
• Design engaging posts, creatives, and short-form content to promote our services and brand
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and suggest improvements
• Research digital marketing trends, competitors, and IT industry content ideas
• Collaborate with the business team to align campaigns with company goals

Requirements

• Strong interest in Digital Marketing, Social Media, and Paid Advertising
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram) preferred
• Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or similar content creation tools
• Excellent communication, creativity, and writing skills
• Analytical mindset with eagerness to learn campaign performance tracking
• Self-motivated and passionate about digital trends

Objective:

Design a Meta (Facebook + Instagram) ad campaign that moves prospects from
awareness  to conversion

using TOFU → MOFU → BOFU funnel stages, promoting
TC IT Services

Step 1 – Research

Visit

Step 2 – Campaign Plan

Create a short
deck or document (5–8 slides or 2–3 pages)

covering:

• The goal for each ad stage (Awareness / Consideration / Conversion)
• The target audience: HR Managers, Founders, Small Business Owners, Startups looking for outsourcing
• The core message: Why hiring TC IT Services as a recruiter partner saves time and money

Step 3 – Ad Funnel Structure (Example Ideas)

TOFU (Top of Funnel – Brand Awareness)

Ad Idea: 15-second video ad with the message – "Stop hiring slow. Start outsourcing smart."

Step 4 – Creatives & Copy

• Prepare
  3 sample creatives

(one for each funnel stage) using Canva / Figma / AI tools.
- Add headline, primary text, and CTA for each ad.
- Keep the design clean and consistent with website colors (blue, white, gray).

Step 5 – Budget & Targeting (Example)

• Suggested daily budget: TOFU ₹500, MOFU ₹400, BOFU ₹300
• Duration: 5–7 days per stage
• Target locations: India + US / GCC markets
• KPIs to track: CTR, Leads, CPL, Reach
