Job Summary

As a Digital Marketing Associate Trainee, you will work closely with the paid marketing team to support campaign execution, optimization, and performance tracking across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Programmatic. Youll gain hands-on exposure to campaign setup, analytics, and learn to scale campaigns to achieve KPIs like CPL, CTR, ROAS, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Implement campaign changes and optimizations based on performance insights, budget pacing, and business goals.
  • Conduct keyword research and audience research to identify high-performing segments for paid campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the content and creative teams to plan ad copies, visuals, and A/B testing.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and maintain performance dashboards and reports.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports summarizing CTR, CPC, CPL, and conversion metrics. Maintain proper documentation of campaigns, reports, and optimization updates.
  • Research new tools, competitor strategies, and emerging trends in performance marketing.

Learning Opportunities

  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio.
  • Learn advanced bidding strategies, audience targeting, and automation frameworks.
  • Exposure to real-time client projects and campaign scaling methodologies.

Required Skills

  • Basic understanding of PPC, SEO, and social media advertising concepts.
  • Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
  • Attention to detail and eagerness to learn platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads.
  • Good communication and reporting skills.

Qualification

Bachelors Degree (Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field).

Google / Meta certification (optional but preferred).

Stipend: 10,000 per month
