Job Title: HR Assistant/Manager

Location :- Siliguri/Kolkata

Company Overview

We are looking for a proactive HR & Office Administrator to manage end-to-end HR operations and office administration for our growing e-commerce business. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment (entry to management level), employee onboarding, engagement, and administrative responsibilities, while fostering a positive and high-performance work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple departments (Warehouse, Operations, Customer Support, Marketing, Management, etc.).
  • Prepare and post job descriptions, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and coordinate hiring decisions.
  • Handle employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and attendance systems.
  • Develop and execute team-building and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Address employee relations and ensure HR policies are followed.
  • Support performance review processes and help maintain a positive work culture.

Office Administration

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, supplies, and vendor coordination.
  • Organize team activities, celebrations, and office events.
  • Ensure smooth communication between departments.
  • Maintain office infrastructure, cleanliness, and administrative documentation.
  • Coordinate with management for travel, reimbursements, and other operational needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR or office administration, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Hands-on with HR tools, job portals, and Microsoft Office.
  • Positive attitude, ownership mindset, and ability to multitask.
