
Human Resources Executive

We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Human Resource Executive to handle day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, and employee coordination. The ideal candidate should be organized, people-oriented, and capable of managing multiple HR functions efficiently while maintaining a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment – posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
- Assist in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR-related correspondence
- Coordinate attendance, leave, and payroll support with the finance team
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities
- Ensure policy compliance and assist in implementing HR procedures
- Address employee queries and support day-to-day HR operations
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Good command of MS Excel and HR tools/software
- Honest, sincere, and dependable work ethic
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a growing organization
