Requirements

What You'll Do:

  • Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with VARs, distributors, and resellers to expand market reach.

  • Negotiate and close strategic partnership agreements with a focus on value creation.

  • Work directly with the founder to shape and execute the channel strategy.

  • Provide partners with ongoing support to ensure success and maintain strong collaboration.

  • Continuously analyze and optimize channel performance to meet and exceed growth targets.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2–3 years of experience in channel partnerships or business development, preferably with startups or product companies.

  • A proven track record of closing VAR and distributor deals is a must-have. This role is not for you if you do not have demonstrable experience successfully closing partnerships with VARs and distributors. We expect you to leverage your existing network and close at least one partner within the first month of joining.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Self-starter with a sense of urgency to drive results and grow the company.

  • Deep curiosity for the analytics domain, our product, and our customers.

  • Focus on building relationships with high-retention customers to support SaaS revenue growth.
