- Analytical Skills to resolve customer inquiries and problems effectively
- Good organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous but not mandatory
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
