Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Representative - Hindi located in Bengaluru. The Customer Care Representative will handle day-to-day customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent support and resolving queries efficiently. The role includes managing communication through various channels, handling customer complaints, providing information about services, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities
- Experience in Customer Support and Customer Service roles
- Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and handle customer queries professionally
- Proficiency in Hindi language
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service are a plus
