Roles & Responsibilities:
•

1) Data management & Endorsements:

  • Additions, deletions, or corrections to ensure that the data is accurately covered under the policy period.
  • Responsible for maintaining active data and manage the cash deposit (CD) statements
  • Ownership of all live and past data related requirements

2) Monthly/ Quarterly Reconciliations:

  • Comparing and verifying HR data with insurer and TPA (Third-Party Administrator) data to ensure accuracy and consistency

3) Insurer & TPA Relationships:

  • The team connects with the necessary service providers to maintain strong relationship, especially to procure endorsements within TAT.

4) Prudent Plus Integrations:

  • All data needs to be uploaded to the portal so that clients can download their e-cards and access other policy-related details.

5) Quality Checks

  • Involve systematic inspections and evaluations of the database. This process helps identify defects and maintain consistency in quality.

6) Single SPOC for data requirements

  • Serve as nodal function & custodian to support team requirements on data management for IB clients

Desired profile/who should join:

  • Bachelor degree particularly from any background, General Insurance certifications will be an added

advantage.

  • Should have minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Insurance industry (Insurance Company/Brokers/TPA).
  • Should have strong communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Should be strong in MS-Office.
  • Should have good Team Management skills, analytical and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
  • Ability to work on large data sets on multiple systems.
  • Should possess strong Communication skills and must have good negotiation skills.
