Lead/ Senior Process Analyst - Executive Assistant - 5 years - Pune/Bangalore/Mumbai
Join one of the worlds leading GCC This role offers an opportunity to work in a global environment supporting cross-border business operations as an Executive Assistant. Youll be responsible for managing executive-level administrative tasks, reporting, and coordination activities with a focus on excellence, accuracy, and client satisfaction. Location: Pune (5 Days Working from Office)

Responsibilities- Handle administrative and virtual assistant tasks including calendar bookings, travel & expense management, and report preparation.
- Prepare and maintain accurate MIS reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Manage client/vendor communications via calls and email with professionalism.
- Create, maintain, and update operational documentation and records.
- Prioritize and execute multiple tasks with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Graduate or Postgraduate (minimum 50 PERCENT aggregate).
- 35 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant in an international BPO/KPO setup.
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in MS Office, Word, and Excel.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts (US: 6 PM2:45 AM / UK: 3 PM11:45 PM).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
