Responsibilities

• Develop and present timely experience reports to assess client financial status, including expenses, funding levels, and benefit plan rates.
• Analyze financial and performance data to generate forecasts, support rate negotiations, and prepare client-ready reports highlighting trends and insights.
• Estimate reserves for Incurred But Not Reported (IBNR) claims, ensuring alignment with actuarial standards and financial stability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support renewal strategies and client meetings with data-backed recommendations.
• Maintain accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines while managing multiple deliverables independently.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or Actuarial Science.
• 13 years of relevant experience in financial analysis within the US or Indian Health Insurance domain.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (including VBA) and applied statistics.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable business recommendations.
• Excellent communication, logical reasoning, and time management skills.
