Responsibilities
  • Evaluating and presenting experience reports on client financial status and benefit plan performance.
  • Developing accurate financial forecasts and strategic recommendations for renewal planning.
  • Estimating reserves for IBNR claim liabilities in alignment with actuarial standards.
  • Creating customized financial and performance reports to highlight trends and insights.
  • Supporting account teams and underwriting discussions with data-driven recommendations.
Requirements
  • 812 years of experience in US/Indian healthcare or employee benefits.
  • Bachelors degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, or Applied Mathematics; fully/partially qualified actuary preferred.
  • Strong expertise in health insurance, group insurance funding mechanisms, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Advanced skills in applied statistics, data modelling, and financial forecasting.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to present insights clearly.
