Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and presentation of financial monitoring reports, including client financial status, renewal projections, and funding levels.
• Communicate insights and anomalies effectively to Financial Benefits Consulting management and internal stakeholders.
• Analyze complex health insurance data and develop strategic recommendations aligned with client objectives.
• Support actuarial and underwriting teams in model evaluation and strategy shifts due to regulatory or market changes.
• Mentor junior team members on FBA methodologies and lead initiatives to improve analytics and reporting processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Actuarial Science, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Engineering.
• 10 years of experience in Health Insurance, Employee Benefits, or Insurance Broking, with a deep actuarial/financial focus.
• Hands-on experience with US or Indian Health Insurance products and financial benefits analysis.
• Proficiency in statistical tools (R), data languages (SQL, Python), and visualization tools (Power BI).
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills; progress toward ACAS/FCAS/CFA/FRM is a plus.
