Roles & Responsibilities: ·

Data management & Endorsements:

§  Additions, deletions, or corrections to ensure that the data is accurately covered under the policy period.

§ Responsible for maintaining active data and manage the cash deposit (CD) statements

§ Ownership of all live and past data related requirements

Monthly/ Quarterly Reconciliations:

§ Comparing and verifying HR data with insurer and TPA (Third-Party Administrator) data to ensure accuracy and consistency

Insurer & TPA Relationships:

§ The team connects with the necessary service providers to maintain strong relationship, especially to procure endorsements within TAT.

Prudent Plus Integrations:

§ All data needs to be uploaded to the portal so that clients can download their e-cards and access other policy-related details.

Quality Checks

§ Involve systematic inspections and evaluations of the database. This process helps identify defects and maintain consistency in quality.

Single SPOC for data requirements

§ Serve as nodal function & custodian to support team requirements on data management for IB clients

Desired profile/who should join:

·      Bachelor's degree particularly from any background, Insurance certifications will be an added

advantage.

·      Should have minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Insurance industry (Insurance

Company/Brokers/TPA).

·      Should have strong communication skills both verbal and written.

·      Should be strong in MS-Office.

·      Should have good Team Management skills, analytical and presentation skills.

·      Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.

·      Ability to work on large data sets on multiple systems.

·      
Should possess strong Communication skills and must have good negotiation skills.
