Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyse digital and offline marketing campaign performance.
  • Track campaign KPIs such as leads, conversions, and funnel metrics.
  • Create daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards for leadership and marketing teams.
  • Identify trends, insights, and areas of improvement to optimise campaign ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-backed strategies.
Requirements
  • 25 years of experience in marketing analytics, performance marketing, or campaign reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, charts, formulas).
  • Experience with tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and HubSpot/CRM dashboards.
  • Proficiency in building reports, dashboards, and data visualisation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey insights effectively.
  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or Statistics.
