Role Overview

The Email Deliverability Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of email campaigns by managing and optimizing email deliverability metrics, maintaining sender reputation, and implementing best practices in authentication and compliance. This role is critical in driving high inbox placement rates for Netcore Cloud's clients across diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze email deliverability metrics including open rates, bounce rates, spam complaints, and inbox placement.
  • Implement and manage email authentication protocols such as SPF, DKIM, and DMARC to ensure sender identity and reduce spoofing.
  • Maintain email list hygiene through regular cleansing of inactive or invalid subscribers and employing best practices like double opt-in.
  • Collaborate with campaign managers and product teams to audit email content for compliance with spam regulations and improve engagement.
  • Investigate and resolve deliverability issues by working with ISPs, ESPs, and internal teams.
  • Manage feedback loops and handle unsubscribe requests promptly within stipulated timeframes.
  • Analyze and stay updated on inbox provider policies, new email deliverability regulations, and AI-powered spam filtering trends.
  • Develop strategies to enhance sender reputation and optimize email sending infrastructure (including IP warm-up and reverse DNS setup).
  • Provide regular reports and recommendations for improving email performance and deliverability success rates.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 4 to 12 years of experience in email deliverability, email marketing, or related roles preferably within a SaaS or Martech environment.
  • Strong understanding of email protocols (SMTP, SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
  • Experience with email deliverability monitoring tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Gmail Postmaster Tools, Return Path).
  • Familiarity with laws and regulations such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and evolving inbox standards.
  • Technical ability to configure DNS records and troubleshoot deliverability issues.
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret deliverability data and make actionable recommendations.
  • Knowledge of customer segmentation, engagement metrics, and email campaign execution workflows.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate across teams and with external vendors.
  • Experience working in or with APAC markets.
  • Knowledge of AI-driven email deliverability optimization techniques.
  • Prior experience with MarTech SaaS platforms or marketing automation tools.
