Email Marketing Associate-Sales @ PEOPLE10

Experience: 5 to 7 Years

Job Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)

Work Timings: 6:00 PM IST to 3:00 AM IST, Monday to Friday.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Plan, design, and execute targeted email marketing campaigns aligned with sales goals
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution including segmentation, content coordination, A/B testing & tracking performance
  • Maintain and enrich high-quality email prospect databases using automation and research tools
  • Work closely with Sales & Business Development team to customize outreach strategies by industry and persona
  • Ensure consistent achievement of lead generation goals (Minimum 5–6 MQLs per month)
  • Monitor campaign analytics and performance dashboards, recommending improvements to maximize response and conversion rates
  • Ensure compliance with global email policies (CAN-SPAM, GDPR) and best practices
  • Conduct periodic competitor and market research to refine targeting strategies
  • Improve deliverability and sender reputation through continuous database hygiene

Must have skills:

  • 5–7 years of hands-on B2B email marketing experience in IT services (Mandatory)
  • Strong command of email marketing tools such as MailChimp, HubSpot, SalesLoft, Outreach, Apollo, etc.

    Proven ability to deliver consistent pipeline contribution and meet MQL targets
  • Good knowledge of US and international B2B buyer personas
  • Excellent analytical skills for performance tracking and reporting
  • Strong coordination abilities across cross-functional teams
  • Understanding of content strategy, email personalization, and messaging variations
  • High attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
