Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Email Marketing Specialist based in Bengaluru. The specialist will be responsible for creating and managing targeted email marketing campaigns, leveraging marketing automation tools, and analyzing campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies. This role also involves working closely with cross-functional teams to support lead generation and customer engagement objectives, while ensuring effective communication of marketing initiatives.

What You'll Own

  • Lead the entire email engine: outbound, nurture flows, product updates, and event campaigns.
  • Build multi-step pipelines and automation systems using Instantly, AI tools, and supporting platforms.
  • Create sharp, conversion-first sequences for different ICPs using AI-assisted research and message refinement.
  • Use AI to speed up experimentation: subject-line variations, angle testing, segmentation insights, personalization at scale.
  • Maintain deliverability excellence: warmup, domain health, spam prevention, and inbox rotation management.
  • Build AI-powered dashboards and weekly performance reports: opens, replies, meetings, and pipeline impact.
  • Keep data clean and structured across lists, enrichment tools, and CRM syncs.
  • Work closely with sales to align messaging with active pushes.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of hands-on email marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or outbound-heavy environments.
  • Deep experience with Instantly: sequences, warmup, deliverability optimisation, automation flows.
  • Strong comfort with AI tools for:

1) generating variations

2) personalizing outreach

3) automating workflows

4) analysing results

  • Ability to build automation systems from scratch, not just plug in templates.
  • Clear, precise writing that connects with operators, executives, and buyers.
  • Onsite availability and strong collaboration skills.

Nice To Have

  • Experience working with SDRs and AE's
  • Familiarity with CRM automation, enrichment tools, and API-based workflow building.
  • Previous exposure to retail-tech, analytics, or pricing platforms.
