We are looking for a highly skilled Email Marketing Specialist to develop, execute, and optimize email campaigns that drive customer engagement, lead generation, and conversions. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of email marketing best practices, automation tools, A/B testing, and audience segmentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement, retention, and sales.
  • Develop and manage automated email workflows (welcome sequences, drip campaigns, re-engagement emails, etc.).
  • Use segmentation and personalization strategies to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  • Write compelling email copy and subject lines to maximize engagement.
  • Design and optimize email templates using HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
  • Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, email content, and CTAs to improve campaign performance.
  • Monitor email deliverability, list health, and spam compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
  • Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Marketo, or similar tools and generate insights for optimization.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to align email marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Key Requirements:
  • [X+] years of experience in email marketing, CRM, or digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of email segmentation, automation, and personalization strategies.
  • Experience with HTML/CSS for email template customization (preferred but not required).
  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in A/B testing, analytics, and performance tracking.
  • Familiarity with email deliverability best practices and compliance regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
  • Excellent copywriting and editing skills for compelling email content.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in B2B/B2C email marketing strategies.
  • Knowledge of SMS and omnichannel marketing.
  • Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Canva, or Figma for email design enhancements.
  • Experience working with eCommerce, SaaS, or subscription-based businesses.
