Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Email Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in email marketing campaigns, social media automation, and CRM systems, with a focus on creating engaging campaigns that drive engagement and conversions. You should be well-versed in using email marketing tools and managing end-to-end email and social media campaigns. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for crafting compelling content, optimizing campaigns, and leveraging marketing automation to help drive business growth.   Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with business goals and engage the target audience.
  • Content Creation: Craft compelling and persuasive email copy, focusing on both creativity and conversions.
  • Email Automation: Leverage marketing automation platforms to optimize campaign timing and personalization.
  • Performance Analytics: Track and analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing future campaigns.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, and customer support teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • A/B Testing: Run A/B tests to optimize subject lines, content, and calls-to-action for maximum engagement.
  • CRM Management: Utilize CRM tools to segment and target different user groups effectively.
  Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in email marketing, ideally in a startup or tech-driven environment.
  • Skills: Expertise in email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar), CRM systems, and social media automation tools.
  • Education: An MBA is preferred, but hands-on experience is valued.
  • Traits: Creative, results-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work in a collaborative environment.
