We're looking for a hands-on, execution-focused Marketing Associate who can thrive in a

fast-paced AI SaaS environment. You'll play a crucial role in driving our GTM execution engine across digital channels, events, and lifecycle marketing.

This is not a "just post on social" role - we need someone who can own outcomes, work

cross-functionally, and think like a modern B2B marketer.

Responsibilities :

  • Own and execute key marketing programs across email, WhatsApp, webinars, social, co-marketing, and more. From campaign planning to execution and reporting.
  • Manage event marketing - both digital and on-ground (webinars, Meta roundtables, industry events). Handle coordination, audience, promotion, and post-event actions.
  • Drive content distribution - execute on our calendar across channels: LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Email.
  • Own publishing and performance tracking.
  • Ensure hygiene across tools and databases - clean up lists, segment users, ensure opt-ins are valid, and maintain delivery health across campaigns.
  • Support referral, affiliate, and partner marketing programs, working with sales and alliances teams.
  • Run campaign performance reports regularly. Be curious about what's working, and why.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, writers, and web developers to ensure campaigns go out on time and look great.
  • Stay plugged in to what's working in SaaS marketing, especially in AI, CX, and WhatsApp ecosystems.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and especially in conveying clear briefs to internal teams and vendors.
  • 0-2 years of experience.
  • Prior experience in executing events, social media, or email/WhatsApp marketing is preferred.
  • Data-driven mindset - you're comfortable looking at open rates, CTRs, webinar attendance rates, or reply rates and improving based on it.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball.
  • Comfortable using tools like LinkedIn, Mailchimp, WhatsApp Business API tools, Google Sheets, and more.
  • Interest in learning marketing automation, segmentation, and customer lifecycle management.
  • A strong sense of ownership - if something's delayed, you follow up; if something's off-brand, you raise it.
