Job Summary

We are seeking a results-oriented Email Marketing Manager to lead our email and multi-channel communication strategies. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in executing targeted campaigns across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and Push Notifications, with a strong grasp of segmentation, automation, performance tracking, and conversion optimization. Proficiency in tools like Netcore, WebEngage, HubSpot, or similar marketing automation platforms is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement data-driven email marketing strategies to drive lead generation, customer engagement, and retention.
  • Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end email campaigns including content creation, scheduling, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
  • Segment contact lists based on user behavior, demographics, and campaign objectives.
  • Build and optimize automation workflows and customer journeys using platforms like WebEngage.
  • Create and manage multi-channel campaigns across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and Push Notifications.
  • Work closely with the design, content, and tech teams to develop visually appealing and impactful email templates.
  • Analyze and report key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and campaign ROI.
  • Ensure list hygiene and manage subscriber growth through integrated marketing efforts.
  • Use customer data and insights to refine personalization, improve relevance, and enhance overall campaign effectiveness.
  • Ensure all campaigns are optimized for mobile responsiveness and deliverability.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, compliance (e.g., GDPR), and emerging tools in the email marketing ecosystem.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 - 3 years of experience in email marketing or CRM-driven campaign roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Netcore, WebEngage, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a solid understanding of campaign performance metrics.
  • Excellent written communication and project management skills.
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email formatting is a plus.

Working Hours

Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
