*Overview
Essential Job Functions:*

  • Develop HTML Emails: Create responsive/adaptive HTML emails using HTML & CSS, with proper rendering through media queries.
  • Change Management: Handle change requests efficiently, providing timely solutions.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute ideas and solutions to enhance processes and improve business outcomes.
  • Collaborative Communication: Maintain strong work relationships and effective communication with partners.
  • Task Management: Manage tasks with high priority and deliver on deadlines.
  • Technology Research: Stay updated on new technologies and share knowledge with team members.

*Reporting Structure:*
Reports to Senior/Lead/Principal/Manager/Performance Manager.

*Qualifications:*

  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in the field.

  • Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in HTML & CSS for email development.

  • Experienced in creating responsive email designs.
  • Basic knowledge of Dark Mode or ADA Compliance.
  • Proficient with testing tools (e.g., Litmus, Campaign Monitor, Interspire, Email on Acid).
  • Neat and clean code practices.
  • Attention to detail with pixel-perfect email coding (ensuring emails render consistently across platforms).

  • ESP experience (SFMC, Veeva Approved Email, Responsys, CheetahMail, Adobe Campaign) is a plus.

  • Tools: Proficient with Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch, and Office Suite.
