The Junior Exit/Offboarding Specialist will assist in managing the end-to-end offboarding process for employees exiting the organization. This includes coordinating exit formalities, ensuring compliance with internal policies, managing documentation, and supporting cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless transition for departing employees.
Collaboration Liaise with Payroll, Finance, IT, and Admin teams to ensure timely processing of final settlements and asset handovers. Support HRBPs in handling sensitive exits and escalations. Reporting & Analytics Maintain dashboards and trackers for exit metrics (attrition trends, reasons for leaving, etc.). Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly reports for leadership review. Process Improvement Identify gaps and suggest improvements in the offboarding process. Support automation initiatives and contribute to SOP documentation.
