What are we looking for?

A Pre-Onboarding Executive with excellent communication skills in (Telugu / Tamil / Kannada / Malayalam / Marathi / Hindi), along with good proficiency in English.

We are looking for empathetic and detail-oriented individuals who can:

  • Clearly communicate program details, compliance, and policies to both students and parents.
  • Ensure 100% transparency, eliminate miscommunication, and gain explicit consent before program registration.
  • Work with discipline, empathy, and precision in a high-growth EdTech environment.
  • Prior experience in calling/customer-facing roles with basic knowledge of Google Sheets is required. Experience in EdTech is preferable but not mandatory.

What will you be doing?

  • Conduct structured verification calls with students and parents to explain program, policies, fees, EMI setup process, placements/internships, and support services.
  • Collaborate closely with the different teams for seamless handover to the next department.
  • Provide feedback to improve communication scripts and internal alignment.
  • Support in audit processes related to communication quality and compliance.
  • Stay flexible in handling calls, audits, and messaging responsibilities based on department requirements.
  • If any escalations arise during the call, take ownership to resolve concerns and retain the student, ensuring smooth continuation of the registration process.
  • Take complete ownership of the lead until it is successfully handed over to the next department

Languages Known:

  • Native speaker of Telugu / Tamil / Kannada / Malayalam / Marathi / Hindi (any one or multilingual)
  • Good proficiency in English is an added advantage.

Work Location & Working Days:

  • Work Location : Hyderabad
  • 6-Day Work Week with rotational weekly off (depending on business inflow).
