About the Company
Alfajr Almassi Limited is a global company with roots in Saudi Arabia, specializing in technology, business consulting, and modern enterprise development. As part of our strategic expansion across India—Kochi, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and Tamil Nadu—we are seeking a dedicated and professional Personal Secretary to support our management team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the daily schedules, appointments, and meetings of the management team.
- Handle emails, phone calls, and official correspondence with discretion and professionalism.
- Maintain and organize business records, confidential files, and official documents.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, meeting minutes, and presentations.
- Coordinate internal and external communications efficiently.
- Handle travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics for meetings and business trips.
- Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and timely execution of all assigned tasks.
- Accompany the management team during official travel as required.
Requirements
- Female candidates are given priority for this position.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism at all times.
- Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally as part of the role.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Secretary / Office Coordinator/ HR will be an advantage.
Remuneration
Attractive salary package based on experience and performance, along with travel allowances and growth opportunities within the organization.

Pay: ₹30, ₹45,000.00 per month
