Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Semi Qualified Company Secretary located in Ernakulam. The role focuses on providing support in company secretarial compliance, managing company filings, drafting resolutions, and preparing necessary documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting research, assisting with corporate governance, maintaining statutory registers and records, and ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory frameworks.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of Company Law, legal compliance, and corporate governance
  • Skills in drafting resolutions, minutes, and professional documentation
  • Proficiency in maintaining statutory registers and overseeing firm-level regulatory filings
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and research abilities
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Law, or a related field (semi-qualified candidates pursuing CS preferred)
  • Experience in a similar role or within a professional services firm is advantageous
