Role Overview

We are seeking a Qualified or Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant to handle the company's core accounting, finance, and compliance functions. The role involves end-to-end financial management, reporting, and supporting business decisions through sound financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including payables, receivables, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare and finalize monthly and annual financial statements.
  • Handle GST, TDS, and Income Tax filings, ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements.
  • Conduct cost analysis, MIS reporting, and variance analysis for management review.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit queries.
  • Monitor inventory valuation, stock audits, and cost control measures in coordination with factory operations.
  • Assist management in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Work on ERP platforms (Zoho, Bizom, or Tally) to streamline processes.

Qualifications & Skills

  • CA (Qualified or Semi-Qualified) from ICAI.
  • 2–6 years of relevant experience, preferably in FMCG, manufacturing, or distribution sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with Zoho Books / Tally / ERP systems.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and integrity.
  • Ability to work independently and lead a small finance team.
