Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving business development initiatives, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a blend of negotiation skills, technical sales expertise, and a strong understanding of B2B sales processes. The Client Manager will play a crucial role in fostering long-term partnerships with clients while identifying opportunities for growth.
Duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
- Engage in warm calling to generate new business opportunities and expand the client base.
- Lead negotiations and close deals effectively while ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create strategies that enhance brand visibility and client engagement.
- Utilize Salesforce for account management, tracking sales activities, and reporting on performance metrics.
- Conduct thorough analysis of market trends and client feedback to inform business development strategies.
- Provide leadership within the team by mentoring junior staff and sharing best practices in sales techniques.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure that client requirements are met through effective solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in negotiation, business development, and B2B sales.
- Strong background in technology sales or technical sales is preferred.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools for account management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and client needs effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a focus on team collaboration.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing environments.
