**Responsibilities**:

- Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing Sunnyday Solar and its comprehensive range of solar solutions.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular follow-up calls.
- Understand clients' requirements and provide relevant information on our solar products and services.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and swift problem resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve or surpass daily, weekly, and monthly targets for client engagement and lead generation.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize campaigns and promotions.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in tele-marketing, customer service, or a related field.
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to establish rapport quickly and effectively.
- Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
- Results-driven with a focus on meeting targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer proficiency.
