We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Relationship Officers to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring their needs are met, and their expectations are exceeded. As a Client Relationship Officer, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Outbound Calls**: Initiate and make outbound calls to potential customers from provided lists or databases.
**Product/Service Presentation**: Clearly and effectively present our company's products or services to prospective customers over the phone.
**Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and conversation.
**Follow-up**: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and move them through the sales pipeline.
**Customer Relationship Management**: Maintain a professional and positive rapport with customers, addressing their queries and concerns.
**Feedback**: Provide regular feedback to the Sales Manager regarding customer responses, market trends, and any potential issues.
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their needs and goals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met promptly and accurately.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling company products and services.
- Handle client concerns and inquiries, resolving issues professionally and efficiently.
- Prepare and deliver regular performance reports to clients, showcasing the value of our services.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.
- Strive to meet or exceed client retention and revenue growth targets.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Client Relationship Officer or in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year experience in Mudra Loan / Financial Field (required)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and active listening abilities.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and CRM usage.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and a team player.
- Proven experience in a client-facing role, such as an Account Manager or Client Relationship Manager.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Goal-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional client service.
