As a Customer Relations Executive, your primary responsibility is to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. You will serve as a liaison between the company and its customers, providing exceptional service and resolving any issues or concerns they may have. Your role is crucial in ensuring customer retention and promoting positive brand image.

1)Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, preferences, and expectations. Act as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing solutions to problems.

2)Manage customer accounts, including order processing, billing, and invoicing. Maintain accurate customer records and update relevant information in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.

4)Collect and analyze customer feedback, suggestions, and complaints. Compile and report feedback trends to the management team, contributing to continuous improvement efforts. Proactively identify areas of improvement in processes, products, or services based on customer insights.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Fresher's also could apply
- Proven experience in customer service, account management, or a related role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to handle difficult or irate customers with empathy and professionalism.
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs.
- Familiarity with the products, services, and industry of the company is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
