Manager - HR & Admin

HR Operations Management:
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, documentation, and exit formalities.
- Ensure consistent HR service delivery and adherence to organizational policies across all operational locations.
Labor & Workforce Handling:
- Manage labor-related matters including workforce planning, grievance handling, conflict resolution, and compliance with labor laws.
- Maintain healthy relationships with external labor suppliers and ensure deployment efficiency.
- Monitor statutory compliance including ESI, PF, gratuity, and contract labor laws.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture across diverse teams including frontline/logistics staff.
Logistics Operations Support:
- Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to align workforce availability with demand cycles.
- Support training and performance monitoring of logistics/delivery associates from an HR perspective.
Recruitment :
- Oversee Talent acquisition for operational and internal roles as needed.
- Participate in mass hiring drives, job fairs, and sourcing initiatives when required.
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: 3-5 years in senior role.
Preferred: Exposure to logistics, warehousing, recruitment, or delivery-based operations is a strong plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
