Job Summary
We are seeking an efficient and proactive Admin Manager to oversee and manage our day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in office management, letter drafting, and preparing professional quotations. This role requires excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all general administrative activities to ensure smooth office operations.
- Draft and format professional letters, emails, and other business communications.
- Prepare and manage client quotations in coordination with sales and procurement teams.
- Maintain documentation, records, and filing systems both digitally and physically.
- Handle vendor and client communications as needed.
- Monitor office supplies and liaise with vendors for procurement.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and other clerical tasks.
- Support HR and accounting departments with administrative tasks, when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 2–6 years of experience in administrative roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong skills in formal letter writing and quotation preparation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
