Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment process and the coordination of candidate
- Handle employee attendance and leave management
- Proficiency in MS Office(Excel, word, power point)
- Support HR and Admin Operations
- Maintain Employee records and documentation
- Coordination with Finance department and maintain the data
- Sales report preparation and present it to management
Requirements
- MBA with 1 -3 years experience in HR/admin/Sales coordination
- Experience in recruitment
- Strong MS office skills
- Good communication
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
