We are looking for a motivated HR Assistant to support our HR and Administration team. The role involves assisting in recruitment, employee documentation, payroll support, and general administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.

Maintain employee files, attendance, and leave records.

Support payroll preparation and statutory compliance documentation.

Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications.

Provide administrative support: vendor coordination, travel arrangements, and office management.

Ensure smooth day-to-day HR & Admin operations.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree (HR/Business Administration preferred).

0–2 years of experience in HR/Administration.

Experience in the hospitality industry will be an added advantage.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to learn HR software.

Preference

Candidates from Ernakulam are preferred.
