HR Assistant

- Recruitment Support: Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Onboarding and Orientation: Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing new hire packets, scheduling orientation, and ensuring all required employee documentation is completed.
- Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files, both digital and physical, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Payroll and Benefits Administration: Assist in processing payroll, ensuring accurate input of hours worked, employee deductions, and benefits enrollment.
- HR Compliance and Policies: Support HR in ensuring compliance with company policies, labor laws, and employment regulations. Help prepare reports for audits or internal compliance checks.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and workplace concerns. Address employee issues promptly and professionally.
- Training and Development Support: Assist with training programs and employee development initiatives by preparing materials and tracking training sessions.
- HR Reporting: Prepare and maintain HR reports related to attendance, turnover, recruitment, and employee performance.
- Documentation and Filing: Handle HR correspondence, filing, and archiving of documents related to employee status, employment contracts, and other HR-related paperwork.
- General Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and assisting with HR projects as needed.
