HR & Admin Executive

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR & Admin Executive to join our team at The Burgery in the Hotels & Restaurants industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in handling administrative tasks, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate daily administrative activities, including record-keeping and reporting.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting open communication.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in HR and administration, preferably in the Hotels & Restaurants industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment contracts, and benefits administration.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity software.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
