We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR & Admin Executive to join our team at The Burgery in the Hotels & Restaurants industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in handling administrative tasks, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and coordinate daily administrative activities, including record-keeping and reporting.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting open communication.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in HR and administration, preferably in the Hotels & Restaurants industry.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment contracts, and benefits administration.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity software.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
