We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) for a target-based field role. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, visiting clients, building strong relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role demands on-ground activity, extensive field visits, and strong convincing skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and acquire new clients/customers within the assigned territory.
- Conduct daily field visits as per company requirements ("feet on street" activity).
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Explain and promote products/services to potential customers.
- Submit daily/weekly reports on client visits, lead status, and target achievements.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales team to plan business growth strategies.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Undergraduate (any stream).
- 0–3 years of experience in sales/marketing (freshers can also apply).
- Must be comfortable with fieldwork (daily client visits).
- Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Two-wheeler & valid driving license preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹50,000.00 per month
