Job Overview
We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executives to join our growing team. The role involves building partnerships with labs, hospitals, clinics, and doctors, providing product/service demonstrations, onboarding clients, and ensuring after-sales support for long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call and Approach potential clients including labs, hospitals, clinics, and doctors for business tie-ups.
  • Conduct product and service demonstrations to clients to showcase the benefits and value of Piysan offerings.
  • Manage end-to-end client onboarding process.
  • Provide continuous after-sales support and service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions to increase business opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and growth targets as per company objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of services.

Qualifications & Skills
Graduate in any stream (Life Sciences/Pharma/Healthcare background preferred).

0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or healthcare industry (freshers can apply).

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build long-term professional relationships.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel locally for client meetings.

Basic knowledge of MS Office, emails, and digital communication tools.
