With a strong focus on quality, timely delivery, and long-term client relationships, we are now expanding our footprint in Mumbai and Pune.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients including:
- Builders & contractors
- Ready-mix concrete (RMC) plants
- Infrastructure companies
- Promote our
silica and construction sand
offerings. - Build and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Meet and exceed
monthly sales targets
. - Negotiate deals, follow up consistently, and close effectively.
- Stay updated on
market trends
, competitor pricing, and ongoing projects. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure
on-time delivery
and
client satisfaction
.
Requirements
- Graduate in any field (MBA in Marketing is a plus).
- 1–3 years
of sales/marketing experience (preferably in construction materials). - Excellent
communication, negotiation, and networking skills
. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field work across Mumbai and Pune.
- Preference will be given to candidates with an
existing network
in the construction sector.
