Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Inbound Call Centre Executive to manage incoming calls,

resolve customer queries, and provide exceptional support on behalf of the company. The

ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and

a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities
 Handle inbound customer calls and address their queries efficiently.

 Provide accurate information regarding products/services, policies, and procedures.

 Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns professionally.

 Document customer interactions and maintain records in the CRM system.

 Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.

 Follow call scripts and company guidelines to ensure consistent service quality.

 Maintain a positive and empathetic approach while dealing with customers.

Requirements
 Education: Minimum graduate (preferred but not mandatory).

 Experience: 6 months to 2 years in a similar inbound process role (freshers with

good communication skills).

 Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English & Hindi.
  • Ability to handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
  • Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
