Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Qualification Executive at RapidShyp, located in Gurugram. The candidate will be responsible for qualifying inbound leads to determine potential business opportunities, conducting thorough research on prospects, and ensuring a seamless handoff to the sales team. The role involves maintaining a detailed understanding of RapidShyp's products and providing exceptional service to potential clients through calls and emails. Regular collaboration with the marketing and sales teams to refine lead qualification processes is an integral part of this position.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with potential clients.
- Experience in lead research, qualification, and maintaining accurate records in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Skills in understanding customer pain points and matching them with the right solutions.
- Knowledge of the eCommerce and logistics industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in using sales and productivity tools like Excel, CRM software, and email platforms.
- Energetic, target-driven, and able to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
- Preferred bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
