Edge is seeking to hire Recruitment Lead to be based at Gurgaon. You will manage relationship with a major multinational client as the location SPOC. The role requires you to be located at the client premises when required and manage the following functions:

  • Interface with clients HR for demand collation, process coordination and MIS
  • Interact directly with hiring managers on location, for profile specification and evaluation
  • Manage allocation and sourcing though a dispersed team of recruiters at multiple locations
  • Ensure data storage and management of the process through a centralized RMS
  • Represent the firm at alignment and coordination calls with senior management
  • Take overall responsibility for sourcing success and client relationship at the location

For this role we would require a candidate who has a professional degree (Engineering degree/MBA or other PG) with at least 6-10 years of experience including :

  • Direct experience in recruitment including candidate sourcing in the technology field.
  • Team management including work allocation, target-setting, problem resolution and reporting
  • Excellent communication skills with strong client interface experience
  • Tenacity and target orientation, with an ability to implement a process firmly and adhere to all process guidelines.
