Role Summary

We're hiring an
Inbound Sales Lead
to handle
high-intent inbound enquiries
(calls, WhatsApp, web leads) and convert them into paid orders. This is not a cold-calling role. You'll run a clean consultative process: understand the customer, recommend the right option, handle objections, close confidently, and ensure a smooth handover.

Success is measured through
speed of response, conversion quality, follow-up discipline, and accurate reporting

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound enquiries within defined SLAs (calls, WhatsApp, forms)
  • Qualify the customer need quickly and recommend the best option
  • Close sales with confidence and high service standards
  • Maintain rigorous CRM/Sheet hygiene: lead stage, notes, objections, next steps
  • Follow up systematically until closure (same-day + scheduled follow-ups)
  • Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth payment and fulfilment
  • Share customer insights and common objections to improve scripts and processes
  • Set the standard for tone, clarity, and integrity in sales conversations

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of inbound/inside sales experience (D2C, consumer services, or similar)
  • Proven ability to convert warm leads and handle objections professionally
  • Strong communication (Hindi + English preferred)
  • Comfortable using CRM tools + Google Sheets/Excel
  • High attention to detail and strong follow-through
