We are looking for a results-driven sales lead to spearhead our telephonic sales operations for our Ayurvedic e-commerce brand. The role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, converting leads into customers, and leading a team of sales executives to meet monthly revenue and conversion goals. You'll play a key role in scaling our direct sales channel while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle high volumes of inbound/outbound customer calls for Ayurvedic products and wellness solutions.
  • Understand customer needs, recommend suitable products, and close sales confidently.
  • Drive upselling and cross-selling strategies to increase average order value.
  • Follow up with potential leads generated from ads, website sign-ups, and Whatsapp/CRM campaigns.
  • Track and manage leads through the CRM system to ensure timely follow-ups and closure.
  • Monitor key sales KPIs – call-to-conversion ratio, order value, repeat rate, churn rate.
  • Generate daily and weekly sales performance reports.
  • Analyze sales trends and provide insights for campaign optimization.
  • Lead and mentor a small telesales team (3–6 executives initially).
  • Set daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and track team performance.
  • Conduct sales training sessions to enhance product knowledge and communication skills.
  • Develop and maintain call scripts, rebuttal handling sheets, and FAQs.
